First travel day home

We left Lynice and Kris this morning around 7:45. We were sad. Lots of fireweed blooming now, the ditches all look pink - pretty!  We just stopped for the night at a campground just past Tok, and we plan to get into Canada mid-morning tomorrow.  Lots and lots of construction and rough roads.

    Oh wow, I hope you have very big handkerchiefs! What a fabulous adventure you are having. I love the photo of you and your family on the boat in front of the glacier. Could I use that photo for the A! web site? Brenda

    Saying goodbye is not easy...especially when you have had such a fabulous time.
