A Halibut Day!!!
Another busy day! Girls and guys split up - boys went halibut fishing with Kris' dad/uncle and friends. Lots of fun, and caught lots of fish. Limited out. Girls went to the Kenai Wildlife Refuge. All kinds of things to see there as well. The music in the park was great last night, enjoyed the music and we took ramps down to see the Kenai River.

Oh my goodness, but that is one huge fish! Very cool...I bet it was really tasty. How much did it weigh?

Looks like country music night...Craven starts here today..and it is supposed to be hot. At least the smoke has drifted away. Apparently with the military now helping to fight the fires that the situation has improved...that is great.
Looks like a very fast moving river...how pretty.
